When a partner moves up a tier, the updated rate applies automatically to deals closed after the tier change.

Partner-visible commission statements and claims

Partners view their full commission history from the PartnerFlo portal — every deal, the rate applied, the calculated amount, and the current status (pending, approved, paid). When a commission is ready to claim, partners submit the claim directly from the portal. Vendors review and approve claims from the vendor dashboard. The status updates are visible to the partner in real time — no chasing required.

Stripe-powered payouts

PartnerFlo integrates with Stripe to handle commission payouts directly. When a claim is approved, PartnerFlo passes the payout details to Stripe, which handles the transfer to the partner's account. Partners add their payout details through the portal — no need to collect bank details manually. The commission record updates to Paid when the transfer completes.
